Pumpkin Apple Oat Bread

Dry Ingredients:
- 1 and ½ cup Toats oat flour 
- 1 cup flour (sub. Gluten-Free Flour if preferred) 
- 1 tbs baking powder 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 tbs cinnamon 
- ¼ to ½ tbs of the following (opt-in/out what you prefer): - nutmeg 
- clove 
- ginger 
 
Wet Ingredients:
- ¼ cup milk (sub. plant-based milk for vegan) 
- 1 cup pumpkin puree 
- ¼ cup oil or butter 
- 1 egg (sub. arrowroot or egg replacer for vegan) 
- 1 tsp vanilla 
- 1 cup chopped apples - set aside a few slices for topping 
Instructions:
- Set oven at 350 
- Mix wet ingredients and dry in separate bowels 
- Combine Wet into Dry 
- Pour into bread pan or ceramic pie tin 
- Top with sliced apples and pumpkin seeds before baking 
- Put in oven and set timer: - Bread pan set timer for 1 hr. 
- Ceramic pie tin set for 45 min. 
 
Pairs well with (plant-based) butter, homemade apple sauce, and your favorite warming beverage.
